Most frequent non-hub related problems

(Note: recommended files can be downloaded free of there own websites, but the hub is much faster)

What anti virus software should I use?
-Either 'AVG' or 'zone alarm'-Avoid Norton like the plague, it's practically a virus itself, if you have it, replace it.I can't play a video file / no sound / so picture.
-This is because your media player can't play the file type, so you'll need one that can. VLC and DivX can play most files, try one (or both).
-If the sound still doesn't work, make sure your speakers are on.

I have a file, but don't know how to set it up (e.g. a game)
-If it doesn't simply work by double clicking, then it may have instructions with it, check for a word document, or a '.nfo' file. '.nfo' files may need to be opned in WordPad to read.I can't play a virtual CD/DVD (.iso), and and can't burn it to a real CD
-You need to use a 'virtual CD player' (which 'mounts' the virtual CD). 'Daemon tools' or 'Alcohol 120%' will do the job

When is '*****' out?
